Return Policy

Unworn items in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact us first so we can issue return instructions.

For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings and beauty products (brushes, palettes, complexion, and skincare) are final sale and cannot be returned once opened or worn. This protects every customer and is standard for jewelry and cosmetics.

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Original shipping is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
